Sam made a great shot at 191 yards. It fell quickly. We spotted him from about 400 yards away and the rain helped mask our sound, and Sam was cool as a cucumber. Great morning hunt.
Earlier, a big mature Kudu bull jumped out of the bush very close to us, and frightened us pretty good. He was visible for about 100 yards, but never slowed down or offered Sam a shot.
