We moved up the hill to our left.  A few minutes after this photo, we spotted 7 or 8 warthogs feeding lazily in the sun about 150 yards away.  

Two were decent boars.  Sam go ready to shoot one of them, but the others kept getting in the way.  Finally he was in the open, then he took a few steps forward.  He was behind a bit of brush, so a shot was still no good.  

Then a big sow sat down right in front of him, delaying the shot further.  Then, a moment later, they got very nervous, perks up their heads, and took off up the hill.  

The wind had shifted in their direction, and they smelled us.  Busted!
